One — What this is
Yorick Stage is a professional profile tool for performers. It lets you build a single link with your reel, headshots, credits, and availability — the way you'd want a director to see them. Yorick Stage is operated by Yorick Live, Brisbane, Australia.
Two — What you can and can't do
You own your content. When you upload headshots, reels, credits, or anything else to your profile, you keep ownership. We license it only to display it on your profile — we don't acquire it. We won't sell your content or use your photos for our own marketing without separate permission. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.
Three — What we won't do
No ads on profiles. No selling your data to third parties. No using your profile content to train AI models. We're stating these explicitly because they're exactly what other platforms do or might do — and we want you to know we won't.
Four — Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We'll do our best to keep it running, but we're not liable if it goes down, loses data, or causes you any loss. Standard stuff.
Five — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
