Yorick Stage is built on the belief that your profile is yours. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We've tried to write it in plain English because we think you deserve to understand it.
One — What we collect
We collect your name, email address, and the profile content you upload — headshots, reels, credits, bio, skills, training, resume, and any other information you add to your Stage. We also collect usage analytics: when your profile is viewed, from which city or country, and referrer information. That's it. We don't collect anything we don't need to run the service.
Two — Why we collect it
To operate the service — to display your profile, store your content, and let you edit it. Public profiles may be included in casting search features on Yorick Stage. You can control this at any time from your profile settings. To show you your profile analytics so you know when your page was viewed. To send you account-related emails like login links and billing receipts. Nothing else.
Three — Who we share it with
Our infrastructure providers. Supabase for database and authentication. Vercel for hosting. Mux or Cloudflare for video delivery. Resend for email. We name them because you deserve to know where your data lives. Nobody else gets it. We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
Four — How long we keep it
As long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. Profile view analytics may be anonymised and retained longer in aggregate form — e.g. "X views this month" — but we don't keep personally identifiable analytics after you're gone.
Five — Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Use your account settings to update or remove profile content. Email us at hello@yorick.live if you need help or want to request a full export or deletion. The Australian Privacy Act and GDPR both require we honour these rights — and we do.
